Cody did an amazing job making my sandwich at Mr. Pickles! He paid attention to every detail and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell he cares about his work because the sandwich was made with effort and care. His positive attitude made the experience even better. One of the best experiences I've had.
I've been to this location 3x, all on Sunday afternoons around 1:30 and have never had a bad experience. The girl who made my sandwiches has been the same and they were all fine for the most part. (Mix-ups on the bread one time but no one died.) The standout is the older gentleman who rang me up each time. He is very friendly and encouraged me to get the Mr Pickles app so I can start earning more sandwiches. Even after he rang me up, after I downloaded the app he had my order count toward my free sandwich. (Also, if you download the app you automatically get a free Sammie!) Never disappointed with my Goomba Sammie on Dutch crunch, and I love the cookies!! If I wanted a cheaper mid sandwich I'd go to Safeway next door. Mr Pickles is a bit more expensive but worth it imho. If you want to save some $$, you can get chips and drink from Safeway which is just a few steps away.

The sandwich itself was phenomenal--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly assembled--but what really made the experience memorable was the care and presence of the sandwich maker behind the counter. From the moment I stepped up, selle greeted me with genuine eye contact and a welcoming smile--simple gestures, but she made a huge difference. You could tell she took pride in their craft. I ordered a Big Easy bowl and specified, "NO CHEESE" due to a dairy allergy. We picked it up and brought it back to the office and Swiss cheese was all over my bowl. Because food is so expensive these days, I decided to call Mr. Pickles to complain. A gentleman got on the phone and told me that he would remake my bowl and deliver it to me asap. Wow! He wasn't kidding! Someone delivered my replacement bowl in less than 15 minutes. Thank you! I appreciate that kind of customer service! Hats off, Mr. Pickles, Brentwood!
